Billing Information

Paragon Anesthesia is contracted by the facilities we serve, and since we operate independently our fees for anesthesia services are not included with other hospital or surgical charges. Your billing statement will be mailed as soon as possible, and we will also send reminders via email or text messaging, which you can opt out of if you prefer. Patients typically receive care from both an Anesthesiologist and a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist during their procedure, so there will often be two separate charges noted on the statement.  The charges for any equipment and medications are billed by the hospital and are separate from the bill for the anesthesia services.


To make things easier for our patients, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will file insurance claims as soon as possible. Patients are responsible for the portion of the charges not covered by their insurance, including any co-payments and deductibles. If you have questions or concerns about the billing process, please contact our office to ask to speak with a Patient Account Representative and we will be glad to help.
